Moseley Training and Hiring Manager       Elon University                                        May 2021-May 2022

• Promotion from Moseley Front Desk Attendant (August 2018-May 2021)

• Oversee all aspects of hiring for the Moseley Front Desk, including Manager and Front Desk Attendant positions, which sees approximately 150 applications annually. 

• Devise and execute fall and spring training sessions for new and returning staff members.

• Supervise 30 undergraduate student employees and serve as the liaison between student employees and professional staff at the Moseley Center. 

           *Awarded Staff Member of the Year 2019-2020 and the Heart of Moseley in Fall 2020

• Curated social media content for the Elon Dance Program Spring 2021 semester.

• Documented rehearsal and filming process for the annual Spring Dance Concert through video and photographs.

• Collaborated with the Spring Dance Concert Artistic Director and Administrative Team to cultivate promotion material and the online program.

Lead Dancer/ Performer/Deck Crew            Theatre West Virginia.               Summers of 2021 and 2022

Beckley, WV                        

• Rehearsed and performed Tarzan the Musical, Romeo and Juliet, and Honey in the Rock over the course of six weeks at an outdoor theatre location.

• Collaborated with choreographer, composer, musicians, and three other dancers to create an original dance and musical for a historical drama. 

• Lead a deck crew of 10 people to facilitate set transitions during Romeo and Juliet

• Assisted costume designer with mending and altering costumes
